2 women snatch victim’s purse from Walmart in Katy, go shopping with credit cards

Constable Ted Heap is asking for support from the group in identifying two women wished in link with a recent purse theft in Katy.

The sufferer, a 65-12 months-previous woman, was buying at a Walmart at S. Fry Street and the Katy Freeway on June 13.
